Before Dan ever took on a client, he built his own home. Not supervised it from a distance — built it. Dan served as the GC for the entire construction of his 10,000 sq ft home at Redbud in Columbia, TN, personally managing every phase of the build and getting his hands dirty alongside his subs every step of the way.
Before that, Dan and his wife oversaw the complete design and full renovation of their home in Illinois — transforming it from 4,000 sq ft into a 7,100 sq ft, $1.125M masterpiece. That project taught him what clients deserve: honesty, control, and a builder they can trust completely.
